Dear colleagues,
I'm excited to announce that Sustainability Centres Community (SCC) has a new space for peer support and exchange: an "open space" virtual discussion, held every other month, where centre leaders can discuss their challenges and opportunities in running sustainability centres. These might relate to research, teaching, administration, outreach, or other centre work.
The SCC is a network of almost 200 business school sustainability centres, working variously on research, education, and outreach. The Network for Business Sustainability manages the SCC. If you're part of a sustainability centre that's not yet a member, please join us! It's free and simple, and we can do so much more working together.
The first session will be hosted on October 11, at 9AM ET / 3PM CET. You can sign up for the series now, and learn more about it here. Note that one session will be held at a time better for members in the Asia Pacific region.

Click to follow link." rel="noopener">identified priority questions and possible solutions. That session was dynamic and fun and we think this will be the same! Bring your ideas, your questions, your advice. Old, new, and prospective centres are very much encouraged to participate.
Format: During each session, participants will suggest priority discussion topics. We'll then break into groups to share advice and experiences, and come back to report key learnings.
Anyone is welcome to join these sessions, but topics should be focused on centres.
Session schedule:
- 9AM ET / 3PM CET sessions will be held on: Oct 11, 2023; Dec 13, 2023; Feb 14, 2024; April 10, 2024; June 12, 2024. Registering will sign you up for all 5.
