2022 Distinguished Service to OSCM Division
Rachna Shah, University of Minnesota
"The Executive Board of the Operations and Supply Chain Management (OSCM) Division would like to recognize Rachna Shah for her outstanding leadership at the Academy of Management. Rachna has made contributions to the AOM-OSCM Division in many ways over the last several years. Her leadership is more noteworthy considering that her service tenure overlapped with the COVID-19 pandemic, which presented many unique challenges to the Division and its membership. Besides fulfilling the regular expectations and responsibilities of her roles over the past several years, Rachna has drawn on her vast experience within the broader OSCM community to contribute innovative ideas that have helped push the Division forward. During her tenure, numerous initiatives contributed to a stronger Division governance structure, better outreach to new and early-career members, and a strong financial footing for the Division.
We sincerely thank Rachna for her leadership and contributions to our community!"
