Qualified candidatesfor tenure-track positions must hold a Ph.D. from an accredited institution, have excellent researchand teaching skills, and must demonstrate the ability to produce scholarly work at the highest level.Supply Chain Management faculty teach in MBA and/or undergraduate programs. Faculty at alllevels and in all areas may apply, with a preference for an assistant level scholar who focuses onempirical operations.Minimum requirements include a Ph.D. (or ABD status, in the case of the assistant rank) in Businessor a related field from an AACSB accredited institution, evidence of a high level of scholarship orthe potential to establish a strong scholarly record, and evidence of teaching excellence. Extensivepublication in top-tier, refereed journals as well as evidence of the ability to mentor junior facultyare requirements for applicants applying for a senior tenure-track appointment.Indiana University's Kelley School of Business has over 11,000 students, 110,000 living alumni,and 300 full time faculty.
