    The Department of Digital Innovation & Management is seeking to appoint an outstanding individual as Senior Lecturer in Logistics & Supply Chain Management. This is an exciting opportunity to join leading international scholars in the areas of Digital Innovation & Management. The Department provides a strong research culture at the intersection of digital analytics, information systems and operations management - providing teaching and research supervision on a variety of Undergraduate and Postgraduate degree programmes in those areas. We operate a collegial ethos and have been successful in gaining substantial research funding. 

    The transformative potential of logistics and supply chain management to enhance efficient and innovative approaches for the benefit of organisations and society is central. Providing students with a state-of-the-art understanding and driving the agenda via quality research and knowledge transfer in thus key to the position. The successful candidate will be capable of delivering high quality education and scholarship in, but not limited to, areas such as: logistics and supply chain management, procurement and transportation. 

    The successful candidate will need to: (a) be qualified to PhD-level and/or have significant industry experience; (b) demonstrate the ability to teach and assess subject areas associated with logistics and supply chain management at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels; (c) have an established publishing record of an international standard. In addition, Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) and/or the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) is highly desirable, as is a track record for generating research funding with significant impact. All our staff are expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering excellent teaching, work flexibly as part of a team in the delivery of teaching and assessment and contribute to administrative roles as appropriate.

    The post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London, but you will be required to undertake some work in central London (and possibly overseas).
