    Dear Colleagues,

The Research Impact on Practice Award, sponsored by ONE and the Network for Business Sustainability, recognizes peer-reviewed research that has important implications for practice. It can focus on any dimension of social or environmental sustainability.

2022 will be the 10th year of the Research Impact on Practice Award. Submissions are due April 30; please consider applying. Research must have been published during the last calendar year.

The winner will receive $500 cash and their research will be promoted through NBS's international network of business leaders, researchers, and students.

Last year's award went to a team led by Meital Rosenberg and Daniel Armanios, for their work on the importance of considering the social context in addressing any SDG. Their research looked specifically at how efforts to address SDG #7, Affordable and Clean Energy, affected SDG #5, Gender Equity.

"Understanding the power of linkages in the SDGs can lead to better outcomes and address systems problems," the researchers write. "Neglecting to understand these linkages can create new problems."

Have you conducted research with useful application for practitioners? Apply for the 2022 Research Impact on Practice Award.
