Academy of Management OSCM Division listserv Members (please excuse a second, more generic email going out to all members coming soon on the heels of this one),
In my last year as one of the leaders of the division, I am charged with running two important processes:
1. Organizing the nomination and election process for our next Professional Development Workshop (PDW) Chair. This person will serve five years (PDW Chair, Program Chair, Division-Chair Elect, Division Chair and Past Division Chair). Here are the current people in those roles: https://oscm.aom.org/about-us/
2. Organizing the nomination and election process for the OSCM Distinguished Scholar award (Steven Melnyk won the award in 2017). What we are looking for now is nominees to serve a three-year term on the selection committee (joining me and Virpi from the Division Leadership; Ken Boyer in his last year, and Barb Flynn in her second year).

Dear John,
The Academy's Divisions and Interest Groups (DIGs) are now seeking nominations for a variety of elected volunteer roles. Your help is needed in this important effort to identify future leaders for the Academy!
Nominating is simple: please visit http://apps.aom.org/DivNomination and follow the onscreen instructions to log-in to your Academy profile. Once you log-in, you may select 'Nominate Now' for each of the DIGs in which you hold current membership.
If you know a colleague with great leadership skills who you would recommend, please submit his or her name today. Or, if you are you interested in serving your DIG personally, self-nominations are accepted and encouraged!
Volunteer roles and needs differ from division to division, so please examine each DIG's list of available roles carefully and read the position descriptions provided to help guide your selection of nominees. In addition, each DIG's respective Nominations Committee may send follow-up communications and special instructions relevant to their specific needs.
Most DIGs will continue to accept nominees until February 28, so please submit your nominations before that deadline. On behalf of all Divisions and Interest Groups, thank you for your participation in this important process!
