The Management Department in the School of Business at the College of New Jersey (TCNJ) is searching for a new faculty member to join our community. We have an open position for a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor in Operations and Supply Chain Management with a start date of August 2026. Primary teaching responsibilities include undergraduate and master's-level courses in operations and supply chain management. We are especially interested in applicants with expertise in purchasing and procurement and conducting high-quality empirical research. Priority will be given to applications received by September 15, 2025.
The Management Department in the School of Business at TCNJ supports undergraduate management concentrations and minors in the following areas: Management, Human Resources Management, Supply Chain Management, Leadership, Business Studies, and Sports Management and Communication. It also supports the MBA track in Strategy, Innovation, and Leadership, as well as a new Master of Science in Management and Organizations. The School of Business is AACSB accredited, ranks #53 among the Top 100 Undergraduate Business Programs in 2025, according to Poets and Quants, and has held a Top 100 position for fifteen years.
