Hope you are having a great summer.
The Manufacturing and Service Operations Management (MSOM) Society is conducting a DEI survey to find out the degree to which participants in recent MSOM events have experienced racism and sexual harassment. This survey focuses on members' experiences over the last five years (i.e., May 2018-May 2023). It encompasses all events and experiences related to its members' interactions (e.g., Annual summer conferences, MSOM track at INFORMS conference, professional engagements outside of MSOM sponsored events, etc.). The survey will take a few minutes and is open until July 1st. All responses are anonymous and completely confidential.

The aggregate results of the survey will be discussed during the upcoming MSOM Business Meeting, and a summary of its findings will be made available on the MSOM society website after the conference.
