Dear colleagues,
The new Academy of Management OSCM Division Perspectives newsletter is now available. This issue includes a welcome message from OSCM Chair Anand Nair; a 2025 Scholarly Program and PDWs overview with key highlights from Copenhagen from Desirée Van Dun and Katie Wowak; and updates on the OSCM Doctoral and Junior Faculty Consortium from Medo Pournader and Iana Shaheen, including highlights from this year's program, next year's mentoring opportunities, and the introduction of new co-coordinator Christoph Schmidt.
You will also find an update on the OSCM Division DEI Assistance Fund Award recipients, Maryam Mufidah and Faizul Haque, including reflections on how the support enabled their participation at AOM 2025. In addition, we celebrate the 2025 Distinguished OSCM Scholar Award honoree, Prof. Sean Handley, with an interview featuring his career journey and advice for junior scholars, and we recognize this year's Best Paper award winners (OSCM Best Student Paper Award, Chan Hahn Best Paper Award, and ISM Best Supply Chain Paper Award).
Finally, please note the Call for Papers and Call for PDWs for AOM 2026 in Philadelphia. The submission system is now open, and the deadline is Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to this issue. Wishing you a restful Winter Break and happy holidays.
Sincerely,
Iana Shaheen on behalf of AOM OSCM Leadership Team
