    Dear OSCM Division Members,

As 2024 draws to a close, we are delighted to reflect in our Newsletter on an another year for the Academy of Management OSCM Division and share some key updates and achievements.

This year's AOM Annual Meeting in Chicago was a success, showcasing 71 traditional papers, 8 professional development workshops, and 4 co-sponsored symposia. The program included interactive sessions organized by the Journal of Operations Management and Journal of Supply Chain Management, as well as other impactful discussions on innovation, sustainability, and managing disruptions in supply chains. A highlight was the engaging plenary session with the industry leaders and a tour of the cutting-edge MxD research factory. Our Junior Faculty and Doctoral Consortium brought together 25 participants from around the world for a day of mentorship and professional development.

We are also proud to celebrate the achievements of this year's award winners. Wendy Tate was honored as the Distinguished Scholar, and we were privileged to feature an interview with her. Other award recipients include Christian Durach, who received the Chan Hahn Best Paper Award; Yasaman Asayesh, awarded Best Student Paper; and Juliette Engelhart, who received the ISM Best Supply Chain Paper Award. The OSCM Division's DEI Assistance Fund continues to make an impact, supporting scholars from underrepresented backgrounds. This year, we congratulate Isis Domingues, the DEI Assistance Fund recipient.

Looking ahead, the 2025 AOM Annual Meeting in Copenhagen promises to tackle international OSCM challenges, building on the momentum of this year's successes. We invite you to contribute to this exciting program by submitting your papers and PDW proposals before the January 7th deadline.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our volunteers, sponsors, and members whose dedication has made this year a success. Thank you for all your contributions!

Wishing you a joyful holiday season and a productive and inspiring start to 2025.

    Warm regards,

    THE AoM OSCM Team
