    Dear Colleagues,

    The Academy of Management 2025 conference in Copenhagen begins this Friday, July 25—and we are starting strong with a full day of high-impact programming in Operations and Supply Chain Management.

    If you are attending the conference and interested in OSCM research, teaching, or professional development, we encourage you to join the following sessions throughout the day:

    09:00–17:00 | OSCM Junior Faculty and Doctoral Consortium (preregistered participants only)
    Bella Center, Hall C- C2-m4 / Hall D- D1-m2
    This session brings together PhD students, junior faculty, and senior scholars for networking, mentoring, and open dialogue about research trajectories and academic careers. Organized by Dr. Iana Shaheen and Dr. Mehrdokht Pournader

    09:30–11:30 | Event Studies: Designs, Best Practices, and Applications
    Bella Center, MR66/67
    This session explores the use of event study designs in management research, with insights from scholars based in Europe, North America, and Asia.

    10:00–12:00 | Teaching with Technology: Innovating with AI in the Classroom
    Bella Center, Hall C- C3-m4
    This PDW offers hands-on perspectives on using artificial intelligence in business education from a global panel of experienced instructors.

    11:00–12:30 | Ask the Quantitative Experts (PDW)
    Bella Center, Hall D- D1-m2
    An excellent opportunity to interact with leading quantitative researchers and get practical advice on methods and design choices.

    11:00–13:00 | Advances in QCA Methodology
    Bella Center, Hall C- C3-m1
    This session will feature new developments in configurational methods and applications of Qualitative Comparative Analysis in organizational research.

    11:00–13:00 | Organizing Risk Perspective in Management Theory
    Bella Center, Hall B- B1-m5
    A timely discussion on how organizing perspectives can inform theory and practice around risk, resilience, and uncertainty.
