To apply PhD students and Junior Faculty should send an e-mail to the relevant coordinator (Maricela Arellano – firstname.lastname@example.org - for junior faculty, and Annachiara Longoni – email@example.com - for doctoral students) by May 31, 2023, including the following in one PDF document:

Selected applicants will be contacted via email by the beginning of July.
There is also the opportunity for doctoral students and junior faculty in developing countries to apply to the OSCM Division DEI Assistance Fund (up to 1,000 US$) by including a letter of request in their application for the consortium.
This letter should include a statement of their annual doctoral stipend or research/travel budget (signed by their academic advisor or supervisor) and a personal statement expressing their need.
Award recipients will be communicated by mid-June, but please note that AOM holds the funds and only reimburses the awards after the conference.
