AI Transformation in Operations and Supply Chain Management
AOM OSCM Asia team is delighted to announce a virtual seminar, with the third seminar entitled: AI Transformation in Operations and Supply Chain Management taking place on April 29, 2026, 4:00-5:30 pm (GMT+9) (Through Zoom).
This seminar will examine how artificial intelligence is transforming operations and supply chain management (OSCM). The session aims to:
a) explore leading scholars' perspectives on how AI technologies are transforming operational processes, decision-making architectures, and supply chain design;
b) stimulate discussion on emerging research questions, theoretical implications, and innovative methodological approaches for studying AI-driven transformation in OSCM; and
c) strengthen scholarly connections and research collaboration among OSCM researchers across Asia.
There will be three presenters with titles for this event:
· Professor Anant Mishra (VinUniversity). AI and Last Mile Availability of Essential Medicines
· Professor Chris K.Y. Lo (Hong Kong Polytechnic University). From Autonomy to Agency
· Prof. Michael K. Lim (Seoul National University). Human-centered AI
The panel will talk for 90 minutes followed by a question-and-answer session.
