    Hi Folks,

    I'm new to an industrial engineering position (coming from strict research in organizational behavior) and am trying to learn about operations, as I work in a distribution center. In addition to pleading for any guidance out there -- I was wondering if anyone was familiar with computer simulation software? Specifically, warehouse simulation software. For example, http://www.grossassociates.com/articles/simulation.htm. If anyone has experience/knowledge about this tool, could you let me know more about it? For example, it's limitations, features, uses, ease of use, costs, etc. ?  Thanks in advance!
