Emerald Group Publishing is inviting applications for a new Editor or group of editors to lead the International Journal of Operations and Production Management from the 2018 volume.

Under the current Editor Professor Steve Brown's leadership, the journal has grown considerably in quality and profile, including an increase to 4 in the ABS list and a steady increase in Impact Factor to its highest yet in 2015.  His work has been, and will continue to be, appreciated by all at Emerald Group Publishing and in the operations management community.

IJOPM is a flagship title with a high number of submissions and a valued relationship with EurOMA as its official journal. The workload for the Editor(s) is substantial but extremely rewarding and there is a real chance to shape the field of operations management. The editorship carries an honorarium and editorial support, plus expenses to attend conferences.
