This PDW at the Academy of Management conference brings together researchers with the aim of submitting their papers to high quality management journals outside their main scholarly domain. The workshop aims to help in improving manuscripts prior to journal submission.  The mentoring team consists of top scholars who are (or have formally served as) editors, associate editors or editorial advisory board members or have successfully published in top management journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Organization Science, Research Policy, and Strategic Management Journal.
