    The Operations Management Division is proud to announce a joint Junior Faculty and
    Doctoral Student Consortium at the annual meeting of the Academy of Management (AoM)
    in Philadelphia, PA. This event will be held from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturday, August
    02, 2014. The AoM Conference is the premier venue for empirically focused OM research.

    Building on previous years? format, a group of senior OM scholars will serve as faculty
    mentors, and the junior faculty and doctoral students will have the opportunity to interact
    with them and receive feedback as well as guidance on their research. As of now, we have
    received positive response regarding mentorship from the following scholars:

    Ken Boyer
    Amelia Carr
    Craig Carter
    Tom Choi
    Barbara Flynn
    Dan Guide
    Robert Klassen
    Ram Narasimhan
    Damien Power
    Morgan Swink
    Mohan Tatikonda

    The consortium coordinators are Antony Paulraj (ap@sam.sdu.dk), for the junior faculty,
    and Dina Ribbink (dribbink@ivey.uwo.ca), for the doctoral students. If you are interested in
    attending the Joint Junior Faculty and Doctoral Consortium, please send your application
    by e-mail to the relevant coordinator by April 15, 2014. Applications will be acknowledged
    via email by May 15, 2014. Please refer to the attached consortium announcement for
    further details regarding the application process.

    Apart from encouraging doctoral students and junior faculty at your own institution to
    participate, we also request you to share this announcement with your external research
    network.
