My name's Nikhil Paul and I'm a co-founder of Nfoshare, and we're looking for an IO expert to join us. Look below.
Who we are:
Our early stage startup Nfoshare (nfoshare.com) is the easiest way to increase employee engagement. It's being used at GE, Samsung & other companies. Each week, our tool checks-in with the employees using 10 second anonymous email surveys to gauge real-time employee morale & collect feedback. At the end of the quarter, Nfoshare then matches employee feedback with IO research to not only generate simple & actionable recommendations for managers/HR, but follow up on measuring it's impact.
Description:
Help be the architect of a first of its kind, automated employee engagement service that will respond in real-time to employee feedback.
- Create our engagement system: Build a database of engagement solutions and tips using research and case studies. These will feed into our automated engagement system. Also help create a framework and process on how we help our clients with their engagement process from start to finish using our technology.
- Account Management: Work with existing clients by listening to their company goals, analyzing their employee engagement data collected through our tool and providing them with simple and consistent actionable advice/recommendations.
- Work with the founders in helping lead and build the company you have always wanted. We can start out part-time too. Being our first employee, you also get the most significant equity.
Requirements
-We want somebody who has had at least a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and has worked in companies' HR departments or in some 'people operations' capacity for a couple of years.
-You should also have great people skills and have some project management experience.
- This is a fast paced chaotic startup environment filled with ups and downs so we need someone who's extremely hardworking, persistently bold and creative in problem solving for our clients, thorough in their execution and a lot of fun to work with.
