A recent project we've been working on, just a few weeks old.
The tool (and updates) can be downloaded at www.jom-hub.com . Also posted is a walkthrough for unblocking macro-enabled workbooks. The plan is for data included in the tool to be updated monthly (i.e., not all early views will be immediately present).
