Call for Applications: OMT Global Research Consortium: Doing Organizational Research Around the World
On behalf of the AOM Organization & Management Theory Division (OMT), we want to invite applications for this year's OMT Global Research Consortium, which will take place on Saturday, July 26, 2025.
Please find the call for applications attached. The deadline to submit your proposals is May 4, 2025.
This event is a forum for organizational scholars from around the world to obtain advice, tools, and networks to research understudied (non-Western) institutional, cultural, and geographic settings across domains (micro and macro). We welcome PhD students and junior and senior faculty interested in conducting or expanding their research to underrepresented regions of the world and those who may be less familiar with international and/or American research traditions.
The Consortium will hold panel discussions, feedback sessions, and conversations on topics such as developing organizational scholarship using global settings and strategies for overcoming challenges and exploiting opportunities for high-quality organizational research using diverse settings. Participants will receive invaluable feedback from distinguished scholars on their research based in international contexts.
