    OSCM Division Acceptance Decisions

Acceptance decisions have been sent for presentation at the virtual 81st Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management taking place 29 July - 4 August 2021.

Paper sessions will (to the extent possible) consist of papers with a common theme. The schedule and format of sessions is still being finalized. Those details will be sent when they become available. One of the conditions for having a paper accepted is the availability of one of the authors to present on any day of the scholarly program Friday, 30 July through Tuesday, 3 August. No changes will be made to the program schedule to accommodate personal schedules. If no one is available to present, then the paper will have to be withdrawn.

Deadline Friday, 9 April 2021: To help the conference organizers schedule submissions, visit the Submission Center at https://submit.aom.org/ and use your submission's "Preference Requests" action item to confirm submission details and specify additional preferences. Please note that these are preferences only and will be honored at the discretion of the Program Chairs during scheduling.

    Important Information About Your Work:

    - As the primary submitter, you can see the reviewers' comments for your paper by signing in to the Submission Center, https://submit.aom.org/ . Your co-authors can sign in and see the reviewers' comments as well. I hope these comments will help you refine your paper. However, the submission that was reviewed and accepted is what must be presented at the conference.

    - The abstract of your paper will be published in the AOM Annual Meeting Proceedings.

    - By default, ALL accepted papers will be made available online for meeting registrants only, to view and download from May through October. We hope that this will lead to more interaction and discussion during the session. You will have the option to remove your paper from the online program.

To participate in a session at the virtual Annual Meeting in any capacity (attendee, presenter, session organizer, etc.) your AOM membership must be current, and you need to be registered for the meeting. You can register now at https://aom.org/annualmeeting/registration/ to take advantage of the early rates. The early registration deadline is 30 June 2021.
